  2. Dilution and Application: Essential oils are applied in a highly diluted form, such as on microfiber cloths or vacuum cleaner filters. They are not applied directly to surfaces or left in concentrated amounts.

  3. Pets and Children: While lavender and frankincense are generally safe, we recommend notifying us if there are pets (especially cats) or young children in the household. This allows us to modify our practices or avoid essential oil use if preferred.

  4. Allergies and Sensitivities: If you or anyone in your household has sensitivities or allergies to essential oils, please inform us prior to your scheduled cleaning. We are happy to adjust our approach or omit essential oils entirely upon request.

  5. Surface Safety: All cleaned surfaces are wiped down thoroughly to ensure no residual oils remain. This minimizes risks of skin contact or ingestion by pets or children.

  6. Ventilation: Essential oils are used in well-ventilated spaces to prevent strong vapors from accumulating in enclosed areas.
